2017 vs. 2018 Jeep Compass

Similarities between the 2017 and 2018 Jeep Compass

Each year, vehicle manufacturers roll out the latest and greatest updates to their model lines. Every few years, Jeep makes a complete overhaul and releases a new model. In 2017, Jeep released the All-New Jeep Compass to replace the previous Jeep Compass and Patriot models. One year after releasing the All-New Compass, Jeep is releasing the 2018 Jeep Compass. How does the 2018 model stand up to the All-New 2017 Jeep Compass? What new features and upgrades has Jeep made this time?

There are many similarities between the two models. The 2018 Jeep Compass comes in the same four trim packages: Sport, Trailhawk®, Latitude, and Limited. The Sport trim features the best fuel economy at 23 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway, while the others get 22/31 mpg. The Latitude is the best choice for comfort and technical precision while the TrailHawk® dominates off-road performance, in true Jeep fashion, while showcasing optimal on-road precision. Of course, the Limited trim is the choice for those wanting the grit of a Jeep and the style of a luxury vehicle.
