I was very impressed. As I had been taking my car over to Ownings Mill Chrysler Jeep and Fiat. I was not happy with them. My engine light came on Saturday so, I called my towing company and they referred me here. I called and I get Bob. I could tell immediately that I was in the right place or my car was. I took my new Jeep in to have an accessory installed that I’d purchased from the parts department. When they opened the part It turned out it was not correct. It wasn’t clear if it was my or their mistake. I was prepared for the worst — excuses delays etc. instead I received a phone call a few hours later saying my jeep was finished and ready to be picked up. They had actually found the correct accessory at another dealer in Winchester Virginia and drove it down! Wow! That was unexpected! Incredible customer service.
Safford service dept quickly diagnosed the leaking water pump on my 2017 Dodge Challenger and replaced the water pump and serpentine belt free of charge under warranty. Highly impressed with their professionalism and courtesy.
Sanford did a warranty replacement of the engine cooling fan on my Fiat 500x. They got the job done and provided a comfortable customer lounge in their apparently new, clean and handsome facility. All work, including a new battery for my key fob, was done gratis. I definitely will return.

They were down several people and still managed to take care of my car and complete all repairs on the same day. I arrived super late as well. They still took care of my and drove me to and from my house so I wouldn’t have to wait.
