I originally called ahead to make an appointment for routine maintenance; oil change, tire rotation, software update, safety inspection. I was told that the service department was booked solid for my day of choice, so I just booked for the inspection, which takes about 15 minutes. Upon my arrival for the inspection, my Service Advisor, Ken, told me that they’ll squeeze in the maintenance I originally wanted done...since I was there already, makes no sense to come back next week. In all, my Jeep was in and out within an hour and a half. Safford definitely has it together.
