I just purchased a new 2018 Jeep Compass from Safford of Springfield on Tuesday. Badreddine Mahmoud or just "Mahmoud" is the sales consultant who helped me and he couldn't have been nicer. He was easy to work with, talk to and he took the time to understand my buying situation and what I was looking for. I will say, unlike other dealerships, I really felt as though they generally care about putting people in cars they like.. at a price they can afford. I am sad to report I don't remember the Managers name I worked with, but he was a younger guy with a blonde beard (he's not on their website either?). I misunderstood the price on a vehicle of theirs and was basing my buying decision on it. When I apologized for my misunderstanding and excused myself from talks and the store because I couldn't afford the Compass - not any fault of theirs, the manager really took time to understand my financial situation and what I could afford. He then re-worked the deal (a few times, because I wasn't totally sure about the commitment) to ensure the car was affordable and I was comfortable with the price and got into the vehicle of my choice. Ultimately, I bought the Compass I wanted.. I love it, and I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.

Ask for Simo! I previously leased a 2016 JKU from Simo back in 2016 (my Dad also leased a 2016 Grand Cherokee from him as well). I enjoyed my experience working with him and only wanted to work with him on purchasing the new 2018 JLU. I’ve met some not so pleasant car salesmen in the past and always dreaded looking at new cars for this very reason. Not with Simo. He’s the complete opposite. He’s patient and will take the time to work with you. Simo acts more as your advocate as opposed to a hungry car salesman looking for quick sale. He’ll answer any questions you have, but won’t overwhelm you with every little feature listed in a new car. I told Simo exactly what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. He tossed me the keys and dealer license plate to a new JLU and said “go have fun and come back whenever you want.” When I came back we started talking numbers. We would go back and forth and every time I would throw a number out he would come back with an even lower number. Once we agreed on a deal I met with Anthony in finance. Another great guy to work with. Anthony was just as patient as Simo and took the time to answer all my questions without me feeling rushed to purchase the car immediately. We had a few slight hiccups with the terms, but Simo, Anthony, and I quickly resolved everything to where I walked out feeling the price was more than fair. If you’re going to Safford CJDR Springfield, ask for Simo in Sales and Anthony in Finance!

This was my fourth time going in for service at Safford. Though they were busy, they got my vehicle in for service and provided a realistic completion time.They texted me when done.Thanks for a great experience again!
